Colby's Grilled Cheese
- Preheat skillet. While skillet is heating, invite kids to help spread melted butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place the bread butter-side-down in skillet, add a slice of cheese, fruit or veggies if desired, and a slice of bread butter-side-up to top sandwich. Grill until lightly browned and flip over; continue grilling until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining slices of bread, butter, and slices of cheese. Serve. Refrigerate any uneaten portion and discard after 4 days.
