- Coat a round 2-quart microwave-safe baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place ground beef in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, minced onion, chili powder, pepper, garlic powder and 2/3 cup water. Microwave, covered, on HIGH 3 minutes or until heated through.
- Place 1 tortilla in baking dish. Top with one-sixth of the meat mixture and one-sixth of the cheese. Repeat layers using all the tortillas, meat mixture and cheese.
- Microwave, covered, on MEDIUM-HIGH 12 minutes or until cheese melts and the stack is heated through. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges. If desired, serve on shredded lettuce and top with sour cream and olives.
