- For salsa: Dice 1 star fruit; combine with mango, green onion, bell pepper, jalapeño and lime juice in a small bowl; set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a shallow dish combine breadcrumbs, pecans, ginger, salt and lemon pepper. Place milk in another shallow dish. Dip 1 fillet in milk, then coat evenly with pecan mixture. Repeat with remaining fillets.
- Place fillets in baking pan in a single layer. Bake 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Slice remaining star fruit. Serve grouper with star fruit salsa and slices.
