- For the Slaw, mix all ingredients, except cabbage and pear, in large bowl well blended. Add cabbage and pear; toss to coat well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For the BBQ Sauce, mix all ingredients in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through and slightly thickened. Let cool Remove 1/4 cup for brushing burgers during cooking. Reserve remaining sauce for serving.
- For the Burgers, mix all ingredients, except rolls, in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties. Grill burgers over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F), brushing with 1/4 cup of the BBQ Sauce while cooking. Serve burgers on rolls topped with reserved BBQ Sauce and Kimchi Slaw.
