- In a medium bowl combine shrimp and salad dressing; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate up to 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta al dente according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- In a large deep skillet heat oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add green onions, garlic and parsley; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add shrimp and marinade. Cook and stir just until shrimp are opaque. Stir in tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta to skillet; toss gently to combine. Cook just until heated through. Serve warm.
